Lead Data Pipeline

100% sync · one-minute median · 99.8% inside five minutes

Diagram of the lead pipeline: capture sources flowing into identity resolution, enrichment, and MQL qualification in the customer data platform, then routing and SDR outreach in the sales CRM

What the pipeline does

Every lead REDX captures lands in the customer data platform, gets resolved against the contacts already there, is enriched and qualified, and arrives in the sales platform ready for an SDR to work. Before this existed, that handoff was a manual export and re-import, which meant a lead could sit for hours while its intent decayed.

Measured performance

The measured result is a 100% sync rate with a one-minute median from capture to the rep's queue, and 99.8% of leads landing inside five minutes. The numbers matter more than the elimination of manual work, because response speed is what the pipeline was built to buy.

Identity resolution was the hard part

The part that took the longest was identity resolution. The same person arrives as a form fill, a phone call, and a trial signup, and treating those as three leads both inflates the count and routes three reps at one prospect. Resolving to one profile at the point of capture is also what makes attribution readable later, since the source recorded on the first touch stays attached to the account.

Key results

  • 100% sync rate from capture into the sales platform
  • One-minute median from capture to the rep's queue
  • 99.8% of leads land inside five minutes
